Speaker materials, including pre-meeting documents and speaker slides, will be available on the RheumNow Live meeting platform. An announcement will be made to registrants when materials are available.

Participating and viewing RheumNow Live content will require: 1) a computer, tablet or mobile device that is connected to the internet; 2) Internet access with download speeds greater than 5 MBPS (for one device; higher speeds are needed for multiple devices on your internet, e.g., > 25 MBPS) (you can check your internet connection speed at )

Many speakers will be on site, and the rest will present virtually. All speakers will be available for live Q&A.
  • Registration is non-transferable. Carefully select whether you wish to be onsite or online when registering for RheumNow Live (RNL) 2023.

  • You are permitted to change your RNL 2023 registration from Onsite to Online (virtual) or from Virtual to Onsite, free of charge up to March 10, 2023.

  • If you wish to Cancel your RNL 2023 registration, you can receive a 50% refund (of what you initially paid) if you notify us by March 1, 2023.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 1, 2023.

  • There will be NO refunds for NO-SHOWS.

  • Any unused, paid RNL registration may be applied to your meeting registration for RNL 2024.

  • If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, please contact RheumNow Live staff, Brandi Waits: Please include the name and email used to register when you request a cancellation

  • Registrants who do not cancel according to the guidelines above forfeit all fees.

  • Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.

All new registration and/or name changes made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
RheumNow Live 2023 will follow the guidelines implemented by state and local authorities at the time of the conference.
If local ordinances require the in-person meeting to be canceled, the 2023 RheumNow Live meeting will still be conducted completely virtually. RheumNow Live is not responsible for costs associated with modifying/canceling travel arrangements.

RNL 2023 Westin Hotel Reservations – Can I cancel my hotel reservations?

  • You may cancel your Westin Hotel Reservations (for RNL 2023) by February 15, 2023, at no charge to you.

  • There will be no refunds for hotel room cancellations after February 15, 2023.

  • The Hotel reservation Group rate is valid for reservations made prior to Friday, March 3, 2023; based on availability.

RheumNow Live is not responsible for lost expenses (e.g., airfare, hotel, or other costs) incurred by participants in the event of a program cancellation, or delays or cancellations due to inclement weather.

The 2023 RheumNow Live platform is fully mobile responsive and will work well in the browser of any device – computer, tablet or phone. There is no separate meeting app.
CME is available for registered in-person and virtual attendees, and must be claimed by April 30, 2023.
Yes, only the live activity held March 18-19, 2023 is accredited for CME credit. You may not claim credit for viewing RNL 2023 content if you did not participate on March 18th and 19th.
You may access the course evaluation while logged in to the RNL platform. Click on the CME tab, complete the evaluations and your certificate will populate for you to print or download. Credit must be claimed by April 30, 2023.
