RNL 2025 Meeting Registration
1. Registration Options: Registration for RheumNow Live (RNL) 2025 is non-transferable.
2. Change of Registration Type: You have the flexibility to change your RNL 2025 registration type from In Person to Virtual or vice versa free of charge until January 20, 2025.
3. Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel your RNL 2025 registration, you can receive a 50% refund of the initial payment if you notify us by January 20, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date or for no-shows.
4. Unused Registration: Any unused, paid RNL registration fee can be applied to your meeting registration for RNL 2026.
5. Cancellation Process: To cancel your registration, please contact RheumNow Live staff, at info@rheumnow.com. Ensure you include your registered name and email in your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
6. Cancellation Guidelines: Registrants who do not adhere to the above guidelines forfeit all fees.
RNL 2025 Westin Hotel Reservations
1. Hotel Reservation Cancellation: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, a penalty will only be applied if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival. The penalty will be the equivalent to one night's room charge plus tax.
2. Group Rate Deadline: The Hotel reservation Group rate is valid for reservations made prior to Friday, January 17, 2025; based on availability.

Additional Note: RheumNow Live is not responsible for expenses incurred by participants, such as airfare, hotel bookings, or other costs, in the event of program cancellations, delays, or disruptions due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
