Registration

Two types of registration are being offered for this meeting. 

Live Attendance is for participants who will be joining us in Fort Worth, Texas. Participants will have live access to all of the weekend’s instruction, events and networking. They will also have download access to lecture content. 

Live attendees, be sure to book your hotel reservation as well. 

Online Attendance is for participants who will be live streaming the event. They will have live access to all presentations over a streaming platform. They will be able to participate in Q&A for the sessions via the same platform.
